Hi. I’m Ellen.
I love learning from people who “think different” about how we can shape a future we want to be part of. Their stories and my own lessons from the world of neuroscience: that’s what I share here.
I speak about these topics at conferences, summits, and other gatherings. Learn more.
Raised in Silicon Valley before it was Silicon Valley, I’ve lived firsthand the transition from a rich tapestry of life experiences to the linear pursuits of “more” that define so many lives today. As a digital pioneer at early Apple, a Stanford instructor, a parent, and an advocate for environmental education, I’ve seen the price of the “conveniences” we’ve let shape our world.
It’s a topic I’ve written and spoken about – including a TEDx talk exploring the impact of our increasing reliance on technology – and that I’ve coached countless global leaders in facing.
That’s not enough. The conversation about what we want from our future belongs to all of us. That’s what this podcast explores. The timeline below and this page both share a bit about the path that’s led here.
